Our Story

The midlife years are one of the most important windows for shaping women's long-term health and quality of life, yet women are still rarely given effective, evidence-based support for this stage.

Creatonics was born from this gap.

Chris Curwen, a biomedical researcher and personal trainer specialising in ageing and longevity, recognised how changes in muscle, bone, energy, sleep and cognition could influence women's vitality for years to come.

Chris then shared the concept with Amy Williams MBE, Olympic gold medallist and Bath-based personal trainer with years of experience coaching women. Amy immediately understood the need for our mission, helping to shape Creatonics with women in mind, guiding our core principles and focus on long-term wellbeing.

Chris Curwen

Biomedical researcher and PErsonal trainer specialising in ageing and longevity

Chris is a biomedical researcher specialising in the biology of ageing and longevity, with a background in biological sciences and personalised medicine.

He began his career researching the science of healthy ageing, writing extensively on longevity, interviewing many of the world's leading experts in the field, and exploring the biological mechanisms that shape how we age.

As his research evolved, his focus shifted from understanding why we age to identifying the evidence-based interventions that can help us live healthier, longer lives. This led him to qualify as a personal trainer, combining scientific research with practical strategies spanning exercise, nutrition, sleep and lifestyle.
